Returns
The USER has the same rights and timeframes to return the product and/or report any possible faults or defects it may present.
The USER has a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it (Article 71 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March). Unless the return is due to a product defect, the return shipping costs will be borne by the USER. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
If the USER withdraws from the purchase because they are not satisfied with the product, the total amount of the order will be refunded, minus the shipping costs.
Return shipping rates are as follows:

Returns of orders from Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and Portugal: €6 + VAT

Returns of orders from Europe: €12 + VAT
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

If the product is not returned in perfect condition.

If the product’s original packaging is missing or not in perfect condition. The original packaging must protect the product adequately to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Applying adhesive tape or seals directly on the packaging is not permitted.

If the product has been opened and it cannot be proven that it has not been used.

In the case of personalised products or those which, for hygiene reasons or other legally established exceptions, cannot be returned.
All returns must be communicated in advance to Bella Aurora, the PROVIDER, by contacting the Customer Service team via the Contact page on our website and submitting the online form. Only returns of products purchased via www.bellaaurora.com will be accepted through this channel. Once the form has been completed and submitted, the Customer Service team will contact the USER to arrange the return.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the USER, unless the return is due to an error in order preparation by the PROVIDER’s online sales service.
Once the product has been received at the PROVIDER’s warehouse and all necessary conditions for acceptance have been verified, the replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be issued (as appropriate) within 7 working days, subject to stock availability.
