Shipping
Bella Aurora, hereinafter the PROVIDER, will not dispatch any order until it has verified that the payment has been made correctly.
Shipments of goods will be made through different carriers, according to the destination freely selected by the CUSTOMER making the purchase on the website www.bellaaurora.com.
The delivery dates or deadlines will be understood as being approximate, and a delay will not constitute an essential breach. In the event that the PROVIDER has not delivered the goods 20 days after the agreed delivery date, the CUSTOMER will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund of the total amount paid at no cost, without any liability for damages attributable to the PROVIDER.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:
- Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and Portugal: 2 - 3 working days
- Rest of Europe*: 6 - 7 working days
This term is understood to apply provided that the availability of the goods has been confirmed and full payment of the order has been verified.
All orders are processed and shipped on working days in Spain (Monday to Friday, except public holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will not be processed until the following Monday.
Delivery times may be affected by public holidays in the city of Barcelona (location of logistics centre and dispatch of goods). The public holidays most affected are Easter and Christmas (the latter coinciding with the 2 weeks of inventory and warehouse closure).
The PROVIDER will not accept any responsibility if the delivery of the product or service does not take place due to the information provided by the USER being false, inaccurate or incomplete.
Delivery will be considered as having been made at the point when the carrier has made the products available to the CUSTOMER and the CUSTOMER, or their representative, has signed the delivery receipt document.
It is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to check the products upon receipt and to state all reservations and claims that can be justified on the delivery receipt document.
In the event that the contract does not involve the physical delivery of any product, as they are directly downloaded from the website, the PROVIDER will inform the CUSTOMER in advance regarding the procedure to follow to carry out this download.
*Rest of Europe: Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Finland, France, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia and Greece.
No deliveries will be made to: Canary Islands, Andorra, Madeira, Azores, Malta, EFTA countries, Ceuta or Melilla.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout during the purchase process, once the CUSTOMER has confirmed the country to which the order is to be sent.
